MONTHLY  Image result for martin luther king holiday

Our monthly pot luck on Monday, January 15th will take a different slant this month.  Also on that date is the annual Martin Luther King dinner. This is a wonderful time for community to gather and celebrate. I have gone to many of the dinners and have enjoyed the fellowship, speakers and of course the delicious food offered.

I am asking that Meadville Time Bank members to consider attending this event in lieu of our usual pot luck at the Unitarian Universalist Parish House. Would love to see MTT members support this dinner and its message of community. Here are the details; dinner is sponsored by United Faith Fellowship and takes place on Monday, January 15th 6 to 8PM at St. Brigids Catholic Church Social Hall @ 383 Arch Street. Tickets are $12 dollars ($10 dollars if we get a group of 10) and can be reserved by calling 814-336-4124 or going to the website . I will have a few extra tickets and would be glad to give them to anyone for 2-time credits if low on cash.  Also, if you need a ride, there are MTT members offering car service. Call me at 853-5412 if you are planning to go (will try for group price), need a ticket or a ride. Capacity for the dinner is 200 so please let me know by January 10th.

We will resume our usual pot luck on Thursday, February 15th at the Unitarian Universalist Parish House.

All the best,
