Click "Submit Application" to complete online application form. New applications are processed twice a week. Once processed, a HEP Member Assistant will contact you about upcoming orientation dates. All new Hour Exchange members must attend an orientation session.
If you have not received an email or phone call within 2 weeks of submitting your application email us at hourexchangeportland@gmail.com or leave a message on on HEP’s voicemail, (207) 619-4437.
In addition to your application and completing orientation, you will also be asked to complete an optional Demographics Information Form which we use for purposes of reporting and data analysis for grant applications and which does not include your name. All demographic information is confidential and made anonymous for reporting purposes.
