Click "Submit Application" to complete online application form. Our member assistants check for new applications twice a week and your application will be processed at that time. Once processed, a member assistant will contact you about upcoming orientation dates, which you need to attend before we can activate your account.
If you have not received an email or phone call within 2 weeks of submitting your application email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message on our Google Voice account (207) 619-4437.
In addition to the application and attending orientation, Hour Exchange Portland (HEP) will need a Release Form and Demographic Sheet before your account can be activated. Information provided on the Demographic Sheet is optional and HEP uses it solely for the purposes of reporting and data analysis for writing grants. All information is confidential and made anonymous for reporting purposes. Other members do NOT see your demographic information.
