	Essex Time Exchange (ETX) is a non-profit organization and service exchange. Every exchange is based on time. Members earn and spend hours, with every hour equal regardless of the service. We are encouraging people who may not know each other to help one another in a services exchange and therefore are seeking personal references. We wish this step were not necessary, but for obvious reasons it is.
