• The neighborly services and/or goods you receive through VTT are not reviewed, assessed, evaluated, recommended, or guaranteed by VTT.
• The services you receive come with no warranty, expressed or implied, and VTT makes no warranty that the services will match or meet your needs.
• You have the sole right and responsibility to determine whether and when to accept services and/or goods offered through VTT.
• VTT members agree to hold VTT, its employees and Board members, harmless for damages or injuries that may result from the provision or receipt of services through VTT.
• No contractual relationship exists now, nor will be formed, between you and VTT, by virtue of your membership and participation in Valley Time Trade.
• You will respect the privacy of VTT members and not share contact info, including email addresses, with anyone outside of VTT, and you agree to not use that contact info for any purpose other than trading.

Violation of the Terms of Service will result in deactivation of your VTT account.
