In order to complete your application and as part of our safeguarding policy, please provide contact details of two referees. This must include their full name and postal address and either a telephone number and/ or email. Referees can be friends, colleagues or someone who you've know for a long time. You may also wish to notify your referees to expect to be contacted by a member of the team. Referees will be asked the following four questions:

How long have you known the applicant?
What special qualities do you think s/he could offer other members of the Time Bank?
Do you have any concerns or reservations in recommending this person to become a member of Rushey Green Time Bank?

Once we have received a positive response from your referees you will be granted full access to HourWorld, our online portal and you will be able to participate in one to one exchanges. Until then, feel free to visit any of the drop in sessions, activities and events advertised on website and the newsletter.

		Lewisham Local Time Banks bring people together in their local community to help each other, a bit like a skill swap. Members ‘deposit’ their time in the Time Bank by giving practical help and support to members and are able to ‘withdraw’ their time when they need something done.</p>

		Anyone can get involved and everyone has something to give to others. One Hour = One Time Credit. Everyone’s time is valued equally.</p>
