The Arroyo S.E.C.O. Network of Time Banks (ASNTB) mainly consists of a network of 13 local neighborhoods, which are listed on our website at http://www.asntb.com/neighborhoods.html. Although we accept all applications from individuals, organizations, and businesses within Los Angeles County, our members currently work and/or reside in Downtown LA, West Adams, Koreatown, Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park, Atwater, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, and Boyle Heights.

If you live and work outside of these areas, we encourage you to join the activities of these ASNTB neighborhoods, as well as participate in ASNTB events. Please complete all fields as completely as possible; it will help expedite review of your application.
